In fact, The Garden of Morning Calm, South Korea is actually the oldest one among their private Korean gardens. It brings beautiful balance between the asymmetry, plants and Korean concept of natural curves so that it could create an artistic space. Because of the garden concept as the special place for modern beauty and classical grace, its beauty could attract 600,000 tourists in every year. The garden consists of 20 different theme sections within beautiful grass, flower beds and even scenic walkways.
For Sukgeoun Garden, it is designed like Korean Peninsula fulfilled with various beautiful flowers on both sides in order to represent North and South Korea to be united. The garden also completed with 5,000 types of plants includes 300 varieties to Baekdusan Mountain as the spiritual Mountain in Korea. The flowers will bloom started from March to November. Visiting the garden on those months of course will make you find out full flowers. In addition, you can enjoy festivals and display every months. For instance in spring, you can enjoy spring garden festival. Winter welcomed you with lighting festival. Summer is ready for Hydrangea and Roses of Sharon and also Festival of Roses. While in the autumn, there is Chrysanthemums and Autumnal tint festival.
