For children and youth around 7 – 18 years old you can get 1,000 won as the payment. The group is required only for 30 people or up to it. Muju – gun is actually belongs to two countries before registered in one administrative district. It was before the 4th BC, it is divided by Sobaek Mountains. The east side belongs to Byeonjin, while the west side belongs to Mahan. During three Korean kingdoms age, Mupung as the present name in Byeonjin belongs to Silla and called as Musanhyeon, and the area of Jugye which the current name is Muju – eup in Maham belongs to Baekje and called as Jeokcheonhyeo. Later, Musan renamed as Mupung while Jeokcheon as Dancheon after Silla age being united around 668 – 917. After founding Goryeo around 918 -1392, Mupung never changed the name while Dancheon renamed to be Jugye. And as Joseon rearranged for administrative distric in 1414 as the 14th of Taejong, Mupung and Jugye later categorized as one district.

Muju named from the combination of the first letters of those two areas, Mupung and Jugye after being categorized in an administrative district. Muju located near four provinces that are Chungnam, Chungbuk, Gyeongbuk and also Gyeongnam. Based on its historical and geographical, the area was being the transition place among east and southwest part as the situs for cultural transition. About the climate, it has a mountain climate in which the temperature drastically different from day and night.
